Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our stadium shop and pop-ups at the Fort Lauderdale Training Facility on game days.

You will engage fans, share knowledge of the club and merchandise, operate POS systems, and keep the store organized and visually appealing.

A background in retail is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential, with English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus and work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Available to work during home matches, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work approximately 6–8 hour shifts on match days.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize inventory in indoor/outdoor settings.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Must have work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis; no visa sponsorship needed.
