Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our airport shop in Fort Lauderdale, helping fans express their pride and take home club merchandise. You’ll share knowledge about the team and guide guests with a friendly, energetic approach during home matches.

You’ll deliver a world-class fan experience, operate POS systems, keep the store organized and visually appealing, and follow security protocols while collaborating with the team on promotions and inventory needs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must pass airport background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class fan experience in the Fort Lauderdale airport store.
• Maintain store standards and follow security protocols.
• Engage fans with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Operate point of sale systems for accurate transactions.
• Provide product information and promote in-store offers.
• Keep shelves organized and visually appealing throughout the shift.
• Support store operations with additional duties as assigned.
