Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to enhance the fan experience in our Fort Lauderdale shops and pop-ups on match days. You will deliver a world-class guest experience, assist fans with product knowledge, handle point-of-sale transactions, and keep the store organized during high-energy game-day shifts.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Available to work during home matches, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work shifts on match days are 6–8 hours.
• Must be able to lift, move, and organize inventory.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class fan experience in our stadium retail store on game days.
• Engage and assist fans with enthusiasm, sharing knowledge of the club and merchandise.
• Operate point of sale systems to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide product information and communicate in-store promotions clearly.
• Keep the store organized and visually appealing throughout the shift.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
