Job summary

The Children’s Place in Washington, PA is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will deliver excellent customer service, apply product knowledge, and promote current promotions while keeping the store neat and prepared for customers.

You will greet customers, answer questions, and help with merchandise sizing and availability. A flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage customers to meet store goals.
• Greet customers and acknowledge their needs with effective communication.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and current promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, replenishment, and stockroom cleanliness.
