Job summary

The Children's Place in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will use product knowledge, effective communication, and friendly service to meet company goals while maintaining merchandise presentation and a clean store and stockroom.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 18+ to work.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with urgency and prioritize service.
• Greet customers and provide attentive service.
• Explain product features and current promotions.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Support store leadership in achieving goals.
• Process transactions accurately at the cashwrap.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandise presentation.
