Qualifications

3+ years of management experience in specialty retail or similar setting.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Workday, Kronos, and POS systems.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver and lead Sales Associate training on product knowledge and guest experience.
Provide leadership to drive sales, store operations, and guest satisfaction.
Develop strategies to increase sales and store EBITDA through programs and events.
Recruit and train team members for all open positions.
Perform store opening, closing, and daily banking activities.
