Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Sales Associate - Platform to deliver First Class Service to customers and support on-floor or back-room tasks. You will greet customers, make product recommendations, and process transactions with accuracy on our POS while maintaining store presentation.

The role requires high school diploma and at least one year in retail or customer service; the position may include varied shifts, including weekends, with a team-oriented environment in El Paso, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Able to work varied shifts in a 7/365 team environment.
• Strong customer service and product recommendation abilities.
• Ability to resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards.
• Accurate cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Class Service to internal and external customers.
• Greet, sell and thank customers while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Assist on the sales floor or in a support environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
• Handle transactions accurately on the POS and manage receiving, counts and returns.
• Maintain store appearance and uphold visual merchandising standards.
