Qualifications

• Demonstrate selling experience in a fast paced, service-oriented retail setting.
• Greet, Sell and Thank the customer; put the customer first.
• Provide memorable, highly personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations.
• Be able to resolve customer service issues and elevate as required.
• Maintain store appearance and handle transactions on POS.
• Undergo required background and safety checks as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Class Service to internal and external customers.
• Perform tasks on the sales floor or in a support environment.
• Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates.
• Maintain visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
• Efficiently conduct customer transactions on our POS and handle receiving, cycle counts, returns and transfers.
