Paradies Lagardere is seeking an Associate to deliver first-class service on the sales floor and in support areas. You will help create a positive shopping experience in a clean, friendly environment and assist customers with needs analyses and product recommendations.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, selling appropriately, and handling transactions with accuracy on POS and handheld devices, while maintaining store standards and safety.

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first at all times.
• Provide memorable, highly personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations.
• Offer customers promotional products and services.
• Resolve customer service issues and elevate as required.
• Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates.
• Maintain store appearance with regard to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Efficiently and accurately conduct customer transactions on our POS.
• Conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns and transfers on handheld devices.
• Complete required process controls and paperwork.
• Follow company policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Understand and comply with cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
