Job summary

Paradies Lagardere Memphis is seeking a Sales Associate to provide First Class Service on the sales floor and in support areas. You will greet customers, recommend products, complete transactions on the POS, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of retail or customer service experience, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated selling experience in a fast paced, service-oriented retail setting.
• Greet, Sell and Thank the customer with a focus on needs-based recommendations.
• Put the customer first and provide memorable, personalized service.
• Handle promotions and suggest additional products or services as appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately on the POS and maintain transaction records.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Class Service to internal and external customers.
• Assist on the sales floor or in a support environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Follow policies and procedures including cash handling and loss prevention SOPs.
