• Greet, sell and thank the customer; put customer first at all times.
• Provide memorable, highly personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations.
• Offer customers promotional products and services.
• Resolve customer service issues and elevate as required.
• Maintain store appearance with respect to visual merchandising and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Class Service to customers on the sales floor or in a support environment.
• Execute daily sales tasks to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process customer transactions accurately on the POS system.
• Receive merchandise, conduct cycle counts, returns and transfers.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures and loss prevention standards.
