Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to learn technology (computers, hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.

• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate well within a team.
