Under Armour in the United States is hiring a Sales Associate for a fast-paced store environment. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering standout experiences, driving sales, and keeping the store looking sharp.

If you enjoy teamwork, energetic days, and making every customer feel like a VIP, this is your moment to shine. You’ll engage customers, learn our products, stock shelves, and support front and back-of-house operations including point of sale workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in CA).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge about products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work in a team.
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Promote customer loyalty through the Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Fulfill working hours per Under Armour attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
