Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and operate cash registers in a fast-paced retail environment. This onsite role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, accurate pricing, and maintaining organized displays to enhance shopper experiences.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and English skills, and prior retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic English literacy and numerical skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
