Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the Hagerstown Premium store to ensure a clean, inviting environment and a seamless checkout experience. You will deliver outstanding customer service and participate in loyalty and credit programs while supporting product launches and store standards.

The role requires 0–2 years of retail experience, HS diploma or equivalent, and availability for nights/weekends. Part‑time opportunities with express benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and point‑of‑sale registers.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non‑business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stock room.
• Follow policies to ensure safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP and provide Great Customer Experience.
• Deliver on the customer experience model and process transactions quickly.
• Resolve issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and participate in initiatives.
