Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating the Express brand, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the Menlo Park store. You will help customers, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

This role involves processing transactions, supporting credit and loyalty programs, and collaborating with team members to meet store goals. Availability for nights and weekends is required, with part‑time and full‑time options and a merchandise discount.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure associate and customer safety.
• Assist with product launches according to SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait time.
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits.
• Other essential tasks as directed by supervisor.
