Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Florida is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service and accurately process sales orders for guests.

You will support inventory, help meet sales goals, and participate in opening/closing procedures to ensure a smooth store operation. A background in customer service or sales is preferred and you must be legally allowed to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
