Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets through effective customer service.
• Process sales transactions at checkout accurately and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising according to PUMA standards.
• Execute and process incoming/outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with stock levels, inventory counts and product availability.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures and core responsibilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
• Must have at least 1 year of retail experience or related work, preferred.
