PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento. You will deliver a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking and merchandising, and support sales through checkout efficiency and customer engagement.

Responsibilities include maintaining a neat store, following safety procedures, and helping customers with product information while promoting loyalty programs and greeting guests with a friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock room for a safe, inviting store.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to minimize wait times.
• Support product launches and adhere to SOPs.
• Drive credit and loyalty program participation.
• Provide excellent customer experiences and resolve issues when needed.
