Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service-focused associate in Onalaska, Wisconsin to deliver outstanding experiences to every guest. You will process sales, assist with credit applications when needed, and help maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
