Quality Talent Group is seeking a motivated retail associate in Eau Claire, WI to deliver outstanding service and drive sales in our store. You will process sales, assist customers with financing as needed, and maintain accurate cash handling while supporting team goals.

Qualifications include being legally eligible to work in the US, at least 18, and a high school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service or sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
