Quality Talent Group in Springfield, MO is seeking a friendly associate to provide excellent customer service and accurately process sales orders while following cash-handling protocols. You will help with store opening/closing, assist with inventory tasks, and strive to meet sales goals.

A high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth within a global consumer health brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
