Job summary

Quality Talent Group is hiring a customer service associate for a retail setting in the United States. You will provide outstanding service to every customer and guest. Responsibilities include processing sales orders accurately, cash handling, and assisting with store opening/closing and inventory control. Qualifications include being 18+, US work authorization, a high school diploma, and 1 year of customer service or sales experience; lifting 25 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
