Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service and sales associate to support customers in a retail setting in the United States. You will provide outstanding service, handle sales orders, and assist with credit applications as needed.

You will also work toward meeting sales goals, follow cash-handling protocols, and participate in store opening/closing duties, including cash reconciliation. Benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
