Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking team members in the United States (Hallsville, TX) to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales for a fast-paced environment. You will process transactions, assist with financing inquiries, and help customers as they apply for credit while aiming to achieve store KPIs.

Requirements include US work authorization, 18+ years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
