Job summary

FirstCash is hiring entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and handle transactions while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

You can earn an hourly wage between $13.00 and $16.00 with an easily achievable commission on transactions, plus benefits such as health options, Earned Wage Access, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and paid vacation time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Able to work weekends and holidays and flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions and process payments.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and well-displayed.
• Assist customers and resolve inquiries and issues.
