Job summary

PUMA Southaven, United States of America is seeking a Store Associate to deliver high standards of customer experience at the Southaven store. You will drive sales, process transactions at checkout, and maintain merchandising and store cleanliness.

The role requires teamwork, quick learning, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. You must be willing to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise; assist with stock levels and product availability.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures and ensure a safe, healthy working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
