Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to transform guests into loyal customers. You will act as the store’s expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and helping guests design rooms they will love.

Responsibilities include delivering world-class service, processing sales orders, and supporting inventory and loss prevention. The role requires a friendly, outgoing approach and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales environments.
• Ability to interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Capable of achieving sales goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet guests at the front desk.
• Process sales orders accurately and handle cash procedures.

• Support store opening/closing activities and daily checklists.
