Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers and inspire them with home furnishings. You’ll guide guests, maintain a welcoming front desk presence, and drive sales in a fast-paced lifestyle retail environment.

Responsibilities include processing orders, handling cash, and assisting with credit applications while delivering exceptional service. This role requires weekend availability and a customer‑focused attitude in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the US and 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service at the front desk and engage with guests to reflect the Ashley brand.
• Process sales orders accurately and maintain cash handling protocols.
• Assist guests with credit applications and financing as required while documenting transactions.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Support store opening/closing tasks and daily cash reconciliation.
