Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Lead Shift experience is a plus for Lead Shift assignments.
• Interest in Daiso products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions to support the shopping experience.
• Upsell through appropriate product recommendations and promotions.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process cash, check, credit card payments.
• Carry out store administrative tasks as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities and lead shift coordination when scheduled.
