Job summary

Daiso USA Store is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, help customers find products, and maintain attractive displays across the sales floor.

In this role you will handle transactions, assist with opening/closing tasks (Lead Shift when scheduled), and support store operations to ensure a clean, organized and profitable shopping environment. A friendly, proactive approach helps create lasting impressions with every customer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Prior retail or sales experience is a plus for Lead Shift assignments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answer questions about products and promotions, and identify customer needs.
• Organize shelves, restock, set up displays, and maintain a clean, safe sales floor and back stock area.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and complete store administrative tasks per manager directions.
• Support lead shifts, coordinate tasks, and escalate issues to store leadership when needed.
