Job summary

Quality Talent Group is hiring for a customer service/sales role in a retail environment in Texas. You will provide outstanding service to customers, process sales orders, and assist with financing matters as needed.

In this role you will aim to meet sales goals, adhere to KPI targets, and support store opening/closing duties including cash reconciliation. The position offers health benefits and professional development opportunities within a global consumer health company.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligned to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
