Job summary

The Children's Place in Bay Shore, NY is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will model excellent customer service, apply product knowledge, and use effective selling techniques to drive sales.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining merchandise presentation, replenishment, stockroom organization, and adhering to loss prevention and safety standards. A flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep stockroom neat and adhere to safety rules.
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standards.
• Support Loss Prevention procedures and protect assets.
• Report maintenance needs to store leadership promptly.
• Display flexibility with stock processing as needed.
