Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy.
• Bag merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handle cash, checks, and cards per policy.
• Get management approvals for returns/voids.
• Maintain store upkeep as assigned.
• Provide courteous customer service and guide customers to fitting rooms.
• Follow safety procedures and wear a name tag.
• Support merchandising on the sales floor as stock dictates.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Assist Store Manager with loss prevention and incident reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
