Responsibilities

• Process freight and price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy.
• Greet customers and provide proper customer service.
• Assist with merchandising on the sales floor according to stock levels.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Assist with loss prevention procedures and report incidents of theft or dishonesty.
• Maintain professional appearance and wear name tag.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
