Job summary

Macy’s Clearwater store is seeking a Retail Selling Colleague on a part-time schedule. You will blend selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences, understand customer needs, and connect them with the right products and services.

You’ll help keep the sales floor clean and inviting, greet customers, and work toward sales targets through friendly, informed interactions. Weekend availability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage with them to understand needs and recommend products.
• Create welcoming, personalized shopping experiences on sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting selling space throughout the shift.
• Finish interactions by explaining loyalty benefits and thanking customers by name.
