Macy’s is seeking a Retail Selling Colleague who delivers exceptional service and helps customers find the right products. You’ll greet shoppers, understand their needs, and guide them with product knowledge on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.

You’ll keep the store inviting, maintain cleanliness, achieve selling goals, build loyalty, and participate in a team that values honesty and collaboration. Flexible hours include weekends and holidays as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Comfort with using POS systems and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend products.

• Keep the selling space clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
• Promote Macy’s Loyalty program and ensure customers leave with everything they need.
