Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and provide change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Assist in store recovery and upkeep throughout the day.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness across the store; follow labor laws and policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and report issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
