Hibbett, Inc. Alexandria location is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive product sales. The role requires knowledge of department policies and an ability to promote promotions and merchandise while serving as a brand ambassador.

The position reports to the Store Manager in Operations, with hourly compensation of $9.00 per hour. This role is non-exempt and typically involves assisting customers, handling inventory, and maintaining store standards.

• Help with daily store operations, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to drive sales and meet targets.
• Communicate needs and issues to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Protect company assets and information by following internal controls.
