Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as outlined in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set goals to grow selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold company policies and procedures as listed in manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations, including tasks and maintenance.
• Use product knowledge to promote merchandise.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandise needs and report to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and internal controls; report fraud risk.
