Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a friendly and dependable Sales Team Member to deliver best-in-class service in-store. You will greet customers, keep endcaps stocked, and support price changes and displays to ensure a clean, organized shopping floor.

Responsibilities include fronting, facing shelves, assisting with cash register operations as needed, and promoting the Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers and provide best in class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
• Maintain sales floor cleanliness and readiness of shelves, rails, displays and kick plates.
• Assist with in-store price changes (regular, clearance, sale).
• Execute nightly recovery of departments through fronting, facing, sweeping and cleaning.
• Train in cash register functionality and assist with running a register as needed.
• Assist in merchandise resets, visual displays, housekeeping, and freight flow coordination.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
