New Balance in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking Retail Sale Associates to ensure smooth store operations and exemplary customer service. You will educate customers on product features and guide them through the purchase, while maintaining a neat, well-stocked floor and accurate labeling.

Strong communication and teamwork help you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. The role may require weekend and holiday shifts with a pay range of $11.90–$17.85 hourly, reflecting experience and location.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the guest service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat and stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and price marked; protect products and monitor floor merchandise.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
