• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register per company policy and handle cash, checks, and cards.
• Provide courteous customer service and greet customers.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Assist Store Manager with Loss Prevention procedures and reporting incidents.
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising on the sales floor as assigned.
• Remain professional in appearance and wear a name tag.
