Job summary

PHOENIX is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for the Express store at Walden Galleria. You will deliver a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and support with product launches while maintaining a safe, inviting floor.

You should have strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills, plus a willingness to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and register/POS systems.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches according to SOP.
• Provide a Great Customer Experience and drive loyalty programs.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
