Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ with a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Experience working with firearms at FFL locations is a plus; certification provided.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and processing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
