Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite POS transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean store.
