Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking team members for a busy retail environment dedicated to babies and young children.

You will welcome customers with a friendly greeting, explain product styles and benefits, and help shoppers across in-store and online channels to ensure a positive experience. You will execute and expedite transactions at the point of sale, complete floor replenishment, and communicate current promotions and the brand loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
