Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
• Experience operating point-of-sale systems and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues confidently in a busy retail setting.
