Join a growing fashion start-up at our flagship store and headquarters in downtown Santa Barbara. This retail sales associate role offers opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in marketing, customer communications, hospitality, visual merchandising, inventory management, social media, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Create a memorable and personalized shopping experience for customers.
• Guide customers with style tips and product suggestions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage opening and closing tasks, maintain an organized environment, and restock products.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and timely.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including social media, website content, photoshoots, and emails.

• Flexible availability, including shifts from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, weekends, and some holidays.
