The Ohio State University invites applications for a Retail Sales Associate 4 at University Hospital Gift Shop, Rhodes Hall. You will guide a multi-million dollar gift shop by managing daily, quarterly and seasonal duties while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring merchandise presentation meets standards. Job Title: Retail Sales Associate 4

Department: University Hospital | Patient Tower University Hospital Gift Shop To improve the lives of customers by offering a variety of products that serve their needs while delivering and maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsible for guiding a multi-million dollar business by executing all daily, quarterly and seasonal duties of the gift shop locations. Establish success in all aspects of customer service, operations, team development, merchandise presentation and assortment.

Additional Information: Location: University Hospital - Rhodes Hall (0354) Position Type: Regular Scheduled Hours: 40 Shift: Varying Shifts Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
